Campus Safety

The University of Missouri-St. Louis Police Department is comprised of 23 commissioned police and command officers, four dispatchers, one communications manager and one administrative assistant who work cooperatively with the University community and within the framework of the Constitution to enforce laws, preserve the peace and provide a safe environment for our campus. UMSL police was the first university law enforcement agency in Missouri to receive accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
