For more than 50 years, California State University, Stanislaus, has welcomed students from California’s Central Valley and around the world. CSU Stanislaus continues to distinguish itself as an institution that provides top-quality degree programs with a high level of personal attention, offering 42 undergraduate programs; 23 graduate programs; one doctorate degree program; seven credential programs; and six certificate programs. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 21 to 1, CSU Stanislaus demonstrates its commitment to individualized instruction over the more common lecture-hall style of many larger universities. The university enjoys an ideal location in the Northern San Joaquin Valley, a short distance from the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey, Big Sur, the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the state capital of Sacramento. The main campus is located in the city of Turlock, a community that prides itself on its small-town atmosphere, clean living space, excellent schools and low crime rate. Degree programs in the following disciplines have earned specialized accreditation: art, business administration, education, genetic counseling, music, nursing, psychology, public administration, social work and theater. The College of Business Administration and the College of Education have also earned prestigious state and national accreditation. More than $52 million was awarded in merit- and need-based grants and scholarships for the 2012-13 school year. Approximately 83 percent of undergraduates receive need-based aid, and more than $87 million in total financial assistance is awarded annually.

The University offers 42 undergraduate degree programs, along with 23 graduate degree programs including a new Online Masters of Business Administration (OMBA). The University also offers a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.).
