Jonesboro is the largest city in Northeast Arkansas and is the 5th largest city in Arkansas. Jonesboro is located approximately 70 miles from Memphis, TN; 130 miles from Little Rock, AR; and 245 miles from St. Louis, MO. The Jonesboro region is a regional center for manufacturing, agriculture, medicine, education and trade.
