The coordinated efforts of the UAF Police Department, Fire Department, Residence Life, and the Student Health and Counseling Center provide campus safety for students, faculty and staff. Prevention efforts such as around the clock safety escorts and good lighting and emergency phones throughout the Fairbanks campus maintain a safe learning and living environment.
